You can use any high-resolution photo for your custom canvas. This includes digital photos, scanned images of physical photographs, or artwork. Ensure the image is clear and of high quality to achieve the best printing results.

To upload your photo, simply visit our website, go to the product page where you can find Custom Canvas Product. Click on that, it prompts for image upload, and select your desired photo from your device and select the size. Then add to card and place the order. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

Our standard turnaround time for custom canvas prints is 3-5 business days for printing and an additional 1-3 business days for shipping within Australia. If you need your canvas sooner, please select our express option at checkout or contact our customer service for special arrangements.

Each canvas arrives ready to hang with pre-installed hardware. Simply place a nail in your chosen wall spot and hang the canvas using the attached hook. We have installed two ways you can hang the canvas.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier's website to see the status and estimated delivery date.
